Excellent place to stay .well maintained prompt service by its staff . Electricity backup in the form of generator is there and promptly it starts.The furnishings of rooms is excellent.The breakfast menu and quality is excellent keeping in view the budget hotel.

No refund even after so many reminders

We had booked this place for daughter's wedding but the programme got shifted to Karnal so requested the refund. They always said that they were processing the refund when actually they never did. I expected better from them.

The hotel location is near cyber hub.i had a meetingbin Nestle.that was a walkkable distance for me.the room was good.and the srvices provided by fab hotel was good.i really appreciate to the good services..good going on fab hotel

We entered the hotel around 4 in the morning and the guy at the counter refused to let us in..lying that they don’t have any vacant room till we said we were willing to pay them. I was shocked at this behaviour. Of course we would have paid them but this unprofessional attitude put me off. Then I enter the bathroom with tiny crockroaches all around the floor! I felt really disgusted. Then as I took a bath I saw the water is not being able to drain off.I was shocked that people had reviewed it saying it’s a clean hotel which was the only reason I chose it. So if you are the kind of person looking for hygiene then this definitely is not the place for you! I had a horrific night at the hotel waiting to get home and freshen up.I had really bad experiences at the hotel as the staff was also very unprofessional.

On my business visit to Gurgaon I stayed at this hotel. Booked it because it was closer to my office and easily accessible to major attractions of the city. Location was safe as guards were there all the time. Rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. Cleaning was upto the mark and room items were in good shape. Food served in room was always delicious. I must recommend this to all looking for good service and great value for money.
